What if I can't find the design/product I'm looking for?
We've placed a search box in the top right corner of every page.  Just enter in any info about the product you're looking for and the search will return the closest matches from our website.  Or you can always email us – info@beasyouare.com – or give us a call at 202/965-BSUR (2787).


What are my payment options?
We accept Visa and MasterCard only.  Sorry – no cash and no CODs.

 

What if I'm having trouble placing my order?
We try to make ordering as easy as possible, so if you are having trouble or aren't that into ordering online, you can email us at info@beasyouare.com or give us a call at 202/965-BSUR (2787).

 

How can I check status/track my order?

How long does it take to get my order?
We aim to ship your order out within 3 business days, but sometimes orders get delayed due to volume or items being on backorder.  If we can't ship your order within a week we'll give you a call to explain why there's a hold-up. 
After your order leaves our warehouse, continental U.S. orders will arrive in 1-6 business days if standard UPS Ground is selected as your shipping choice. 

 

Can I order if I don't live in the US?
Yes! Place your order and we will get back to you within 24 business hours with a shipping quote.

 

What if I don't get my order?
Yikes!  Send an email to info@beasyouare.com or give us a call - 202/965-BSUR (2787).

 

What is a backorder?
A backorder is what happens when you order an item that is currently not in stock.  If it is going to take a while to get the item in stock, we'll let you know and you can decide whether or not you would like to wait.

 

If I buy a gift, can you wrap it?
We don't currently offer a gift wrapping option, but we might in the future so definitely check back with us.
